Great deals can appear at any time, and this is entirely beyond our control. However, we strive to publish at least 10–20 new Superdeals each week. Meanwhile, we avoid overwhelming our platform and your inbox with mediocre offers. ATC features only truly outstanding deals, ensuring you can travel more affordably.

Since Superdeals typically last a few days and sometimes weeks, you’ll consistently find more than 100 flight offers available on our Premium platform.

Understanding general airfare trends and closely monitoring hundreds of flight routes is key to our work.

Airline algorithms use dynamic pricing based on current and historical supply and demand. However, sudden drops in prices can occur—randomly. These drops result from seasonal fluctuations, ongoing airline sales, last-minute deals, so-called ‘error fares’, or an increased number of passenger cancellations—forcing the pricing algorithm to revert to lower price levels.

Similarly, when an airline adds extra, unscheduled flights or introduces a new route shortly before departure, fares may decrease.

Discovered deals undergo manual curation to ensure it meets our comfort and convenience standards, such as the number of stops, layover duration, airline quality, etc. We don’t share flight deals we wouldn’t book ourselves!

No—we cap the number of stops and limit layover durations to ensure you’re getting the best possible experience.

For long-haul intercontinental flights, we look for a maximum of 2 stops (ideally just 1 stop), as most travelers prefer to stretch their legs and refresh themselves at the airport during a brief layover. However, if nonstop flights are available on these routes, we include them in our search as well.

For medium-haul flights, up to 6 hours in duration, we allow for a maximum of 1 stop.

For short-haul flights (these are typically flights within Asia), a nonstop connection makes sense in most cases.

Generally, no. Superdeals are for future dates—anywhere from 1 to 8 months ahead. This lead time gives you ample time to prepare and pack without the pressure.

By the way, it’s a common myth that last-minute bookings can result in a big savings. In reality, airlines often hike prices closer to departure dates, capitalizing on business travelers without budget constraints. To bag a bargain, it’s wiser to plan ahead.

Even if you travel only once per year, ATC can still offer exceptional value. On average, our customers save A$800 per return flight. With just one flight deal per year, it is more than enough to cover the cost of your membership for seven years!

If you already have a specific travel date in mind, consider subscribing at least two months before your planned departure. This will increase the likelihood of finding a great deal on our platform. Additionally, a promotion or sale can occur for one of the airlines that serve your route.

While you can’t specify a single destination, you can use our search and filter tools to find one in our deals collection. The nature of flight sales is unpredictable, and deals can pop up unexpectedly. We can’t predict when a deal to your destination will surface, but our platform is constantly updated with fresh offers—your dream destination could appear as soon as tomorrow! Price lock allows you to secure your subscription rates for as long as you remain with us. This means that once you subscribe, your pricing will stay the same, and all your renewals will be billed at the original rate you sign-up with.

If we do raise prices in the future, those changes will only affect new customers, meaning you will continue to pay the original price.

Yes, your Premium subscription is automatically renewed every 3 months if you opt for quarterly billing or every 12 months for annual billing, counting from your sign-up date.

You can view your renewal date and cancel at any time in the Billing section of your membership profile.

Yes, we offer a Lifetime plan that allows you to make a one-time payment instead of subscribing. With this plan, you gain ongoing access to all premium features, future updates, and priority support—without the need for recurring payments.

To cancel your subscription, simply visit our membership site and navigate to Account > Billing settings in the top right corner. Select Cancel from the menu next to your subscription.

Cancellation is immediate, and no further charges will be applied. Once you cancel your upcoming renewal, you’ll still enjoy all the Superdeals, promotions, and benefits you’ve paid for until your current membership expires.
