These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with https://www.airtraveler.club and https://plus.airtraveler.club websites (the “Service”, the “Websites”, “ATC Platform”) operated by PT Air Traveler Connect (“ATC”, us”, “we”, or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing, using or obtaining any materials, information, products or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. WE DO NOT SELL TRAVEL PRODUCTS
Our Websites provide information about third-party travel products and services. ATC is not a travel agent and is not responsible for providing, setting or controlling the prices applicable to, any of the travel options or products which you find via our Service (“Third Party Travel Products”). All such Third Party Travel Products are provided by independent travel agents, airlines, hotels, tour operators or other third parties, and are subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. Since ATC has no control over the Travel Products, it is not possible for us to guarantee the prices displayed on our Websites.

2. TRAVEL ADVICE
By displaying particular destinations, ATC does not represent or warrant that travel to such destinations is advisable or risk-free and ATC is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations. Under no circumstances shall ATC be liable for any incidents occurring during your trip or your stay. You are personally responsible for the selection of travel, travel route and destination, for the entire duration of your trip. To the extent permitted by law, ATC is not responsible for any loss that occurs if you fail to bring the required travel documents, such as your passport, e-ticket, and any other reasons caused by you.

3.  SUBSCRIPTIONS & LIFETIME ACCESS
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”) or a one-time payment basis (“Lifetime Membership”).
3.1 Subscriptions: You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”)—either quarterly or annually. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless cancelled by you or ATC.
3.2 Lifetime Memberships: ATC may offer a “Lifetime” access tier for a one-time fee. “Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the Service. ATC reserves the right to migrate Lifetime members to new technical platforms or equivalent service tiers should the underlying technology stack evolve. Lifetime memberships are tied to a single user and are non-transferable.

4. PAYMENTS
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide ATC with accurate and complete billing information and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize ATC to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
In the case of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by a third party, you must contact your bank or card issuer immediately after realizing such unauthorized use. In such a case, ATC has no responsibility over any case of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by a third party, other than required by law. Except as otherwise provided by law, ATC is not obliged to make refunds or repayments to you as a result of such fraud. As part of our goodwill, we may provide a form of compensation to you subject to review and approval by us.

5. FEE CHANGES
ATC, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
ATC will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
If you subscribed to the Service during the Price Lock promotion, the fee changes will not apply to your Subscription.

6. REFUNDS
All membership payments are non-refundable. To ensure you make an informed decision, we provide detailed descriptions of our Service, screenshots of our Websites, and offer a free newsletter with examples of content you’ll find in our paid Subscription. Our Service provides access to proprietary, curated data and “Superdeals” that are subject to rapid change. Consequently, the inability to find a specific deal for a specific date, route, or airline does not constitute grounds for a refund.
6.1 Discretionary Refunds: In exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion, we may issue a refund. If granted, a Processing Fee of 20% will be deducted to cover administrative and transaction costs.
6.2 Chargeback Policy: You agree to contact support@airtraveler.club to resolve any billing issues before initiating a dispute with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks on valid transactions will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and a ban from all future ATC services.

7. ACCOUNTS
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ATC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ATC.

9. PROHIBITED USE & DATA SCRAPING
You agree not to use any automated systems, including “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” to access the Service or “scrape” deal data for any purpose. The “Superdeals” and curated content are for personal, non-commercial use only. Re-publishing ATC deal data on competing platforms or using it for commercial travel agency purposes without express written consent is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

10. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

11.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall ATC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

12. DISCLAIMER
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
ATC its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Your interaction with any Travel Provider accessed through our Websites is at your own risk; ATC does not bear any responsibility should anything go wrong with your booking or during your travel.
The display on our Websites of a Travel Product or Travel Provider does not-in any way-imply, suggest, or constitute a recommendation by ATC of that Travel Product or Travel Provider.

13.  GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

14. CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
