Superdeals, on the other hand, are exceptionally low fares (often 40-80% off typical fares) discovered by our monitoring system that scans thousands of routes every day. Superdeals primarily focus on destinations in Asia Pacific, with departure airports globally. They are the result of airline pricing algorithm fluctuations—appearing without any official announcement and usually disappearing within days.

Absolutely! You can cancel or upgrade your ATC subscription at any time, through your personal billing page. Simply visit our platform and navigate to Account > Billing settings in the top right corner.

Cancelling
To cancel your subscription, select Cancel from the menu next to your subscription.

Cancellation is immediate, there are no cancellation fees, and no further charges will be applied. Once you cancel your upcoming renewal, you’ll still enjoy all the benefits you’ve paid for until your current membership expires.

Upgrading and downgrading
If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, it’s completely seamless. The remaining days in your current subscription will be automatically credited toward your new plan—so you never get charged twice. Whether you’re moving to annual for extra savings or switching to quarterly, the prorated amount will be clearly shown in your invoice.

Price lock allows you to secure your subscription rates for as long as you remain with us. This means that once you subscribe, your pricing will stay the same, and all your renewals will be billed at the original rate you sign-up with.

If we do raise prices in the future, those changes will only affect new customers, meaning you will continue to pay the original price.
